The Short Version
I am a software developer and product designer, and I run C. Wise Enterprise Corp. out of Calgary. Two arms sit inside it. Wise Media is a software development and product design studio. Wise STR Group is a vertically integrated property operation housing Wise Property Management, CleanStays, and Wise Property Services.
I design and build the front end myself, write the offers myself, and run the ads myself. I do not only design and code these systems, I operate them. Together with my wife I co-host two of Calgary’s Top 1 percent Airbnb properties, holding a 4.97 star average and the Guest Favourite and Top 1 percent of Homes badges. When I tell you a page will not convert, it is because I have watched one of mine fail the same way.
Why Two Arms
Each one removes a bottleneck for the next. Wise Media creates demand. Wise Property Management turns that demand into booked nights. CleanStays protects the rating that pricing power depends on. Wise Property Services fixes what the cleaner finds before it becomes a cancelled booking.
That is not diversification. It is a supply chain I control end to end, which is the only reason a small operation can promise a turnaround time and keep it.

C. Wise Enterprise Corp. is never for sale. Everything gets built as though I will still own it in twenty years, because I will. That single constraint changes every decision underneath it: what I automate, what I document, who I hire, and what I refuse to take on.
