The Community Token.
And What It Actually Is.

A community meme token attached to a 2022 Solana NFT collection I hold. Fifty dollars of volume a day. This page publishes the real numbers rather than a pitch, because at this size the numbers are the only honest thing to publish.

GORILLAE is a pump.fun community token tied to the Gorillae Gang NFT collection on Solana. Its PumpSwap pair went live on 13 January 2026. As at 3 September 2026 it holds about 2,459 dollars of market capitalisation on 2,124 dollars of liquidity, and traded three times that day. It is not in the top ten.

What This Token Is

From the token metadata and the live pair, read on 3 September 2026.

A Community Token, Not A Protocol Token

Its own metadata lists the Magic Eden collection as its website, the X account @gorillaedao and a Telegram group. There is no whitepaper, no protocol and no revenue behind it. It is a token a community made for itself, and that is the entire description.

A 2026 Launch On A 2022 Collection

The collection is from 2022. This coin is a pump.fun launch whose pair went live on 13 January 2026, nearly four years later. The gorilla on both is the same. The launch dates are not, and the coin carries none of the collection history with it.

The Liquidity Is The Number To Read First

Two thousand one hundred dollars in a single PumpSwap pool. That is not a market. Any position large enough to be worth taking is large enough to move the price against itself on the way in and again on the way out.

Three Trades In A Day

Two buys and one sell in the twenty four hours to 3 September 2026, on fifty dollars of volume. The twelve percent daily gain on the chart is what three trades look like, not what demand looks like.

Where GORILLAE Came From

The collection had a staking platform and a utility token before it had a community coin. This is the account of a holder who was there, not something recorded on chain.

The XLVA coin, a gold coin engraved with the collection gorilla and the word XLVA

XLVA Was The Staking Token

Holders stored their Gorillae Gang NFTs in a staking platform and earned XLVA for it. That is the utility token the collection’s own Magic Eden description still names, and the gold coin engraved XLVA is its artwork. It is not the community coin. Its own page has the whole story.

There Was A Real Platform

A developer built it for the project. Holders could deposit a token, leave it staked and accrue XLVA against it. It worked, and while it worked the token had a reason to exist, which is more than most NFT utility tokens ever get.

It Broke In The Last Bull Run

The platform completely broke. The developer who built it had stopped working with the project and could not be reached, so there was nobody who could repair it, and it was never fixed. The token that depended on it had nowhere left to go.

The Community Relaunched With GORILLAE

GORILLAE is what the holders relaunched with afterwards. It is a community token with no protocol, no revenue and no treasury behind it, which is a different thing to a utility token backed by a working platform, and this site files it that way for that reason.

Why The Listing Still Says XLVA

The Magic Eden description was written while the staking platform was live and has not been edited since. It is accurate to what was built. It is not a description of what still runs.

Read This Before The Chart

The risks are not a footnote on a token this size. They are the subject.

A Price On $2,124 Of Liquidity Is Not A Valuation

Market capitalisation on a pool this thin is arithmetic, not a market clearing price. Multiplying a token count by the last trade of three does not tell you what the supply is worth, because the supply cannot be sold at that price.

This Site Could Move It, Which Is Why It Is Placed Where It Is

A feature next to a table of real top ten tokens, on a pool that moves on a single buy, is a promotion whether or not anyone means it as one. This page sits under the community heading, separately from the ranking, on purpose.

pump.fun Tokens Have No Floor Under Them

There is no treasury, no revenue, no lock and no team obligation. The mechanism that created it is a launchpad, and the mechanism that sustains it is whether a Telegram group keeps caring.

Cody Holds The NFT. He Has Not Said He Holds The Token.

What is published on this site is what he has stated. He holds GORILLAE #1110 and he was at the Tulum meet. No position in this token is claimed here, in either direction.

The Collection Roadmap Behind It Has No Live Surface

The website named in the collection metadata now redirects to a gambling site. Whatever this coin borrows in credibility from the 2022 project, it should be discounted by that.

What I Take From It

Not advice. How this reads to someone who builds businesses rather than trades tokens.

Community Is Real Even When The Cap Is Not

Three trades a day is not a market, and a group of holders who fly to the same city and meet in person is still a real thing. Those two facts sit side by side without cancelling out, and confusing one for the other in either direction is how people lose money on this category.

Placement Is A Claim

Putting something in a list titled the biggest ten is a factual statement about size. I would rather publish a token at its real scale on its own page than borrow authority for it from a table it does not belong in.

The Number I Would Watch Is Liquidity, Not Price

Price on a dead pool tells you nothing. If the pool depth grows, something changed. If it does not, the chart is noise no matter what it draws.

The Chart, And The Contract

The chart lives on DexScreener and will not render inside another page, so this links out to it rather than showing you a box that never loads. The contract sits beside it so you can check the chart is the token this page is about.

Check the contract against the chart before you trust either. On both chains there is always a different token using the same name.

Common Questions

A pump.fun community meme token on Solana attached to the Gorillae Gang NFT collection. Its contract address is and its pair went live on PumpSwap on 13 January 2026. Its own metadata points at the Magic Eden collection, the X account @gorillaedao and a Telegram group.

About 2,459 dollars as at 3 September 2026, according to DexScreener, with 2,124 dollars of liquidity in a single PumpSwap pool and 50 dollars of trading volume in twenty four hours across three trades. Fully diluted valuation is the same figure.

XLVA was the utility token holders earned by staking their Gorillae Gang NFTs on a platform built for the project. It worked until it completely broke during the last bull run, and because the developer who built it had stopped working with the project and could not be reached, nobody could repair it. The community relaunched with GORILLAE. Cody Wise’s own account as a holder, not recorded on chain.

No. The top ten table on this site is ranked by market capitalisation from CoinGecko, and the smallest token in it is many orders of magnitude larger than this one. GORILLAE appears on this site as a community feature, on its own page, with its real figures.

It is the coin the community trades and it carries the collection name, but it is a pump.fun launch with no protocol, no revenue and no treasury behind it. This site files it as a community feature and publishes its real size rather than listing it beside the top ten.

He has not said so, and this site does not publish positions he has not stated. What he has stated is that he holds Gorillae Gang NFT number 1110, which carries the Gold fur, and that he is part of the community, including the Tulum meet in December 2024.
