Cash Back,
And Where It Stops.

Four cards on this site pay in money or convert to it. Three of them cap the accelerated rate, and on those the cap is the number that decides the card. The fourth publishes no cap at all. Every figure is off the issuer, read 6 September 2026.

Four cards published on this site pay cash back or convert points to cash: the Rogers Red World Elite, the Tangerine Money-Back World Mastercard, the CIBC Dividend Visa Infinite and the MBNA Rewards World Elite. Three carry an annual cap on the accelerated rate. Tangerine publishes none. Not advice.

Read the cap, not the headline. Three of these four stop somewhere between $20,000 and $61,000 of spend. The one that does not is also the one paying the lowest headline rate, which is the trade.

Common Questions

4 cards, every one of which has its own page on this site carrying the issuer wording behind each figure.

By annual fee, cheapest first. This is not a ranking. Ranking would require weighing the cards against a spending pattern, and this site does not have yours.

Each card’s own issuer page in Canada, read on 6 September 2026. No figure on any of these pages comes from a comparison site.

Probably. This list covers the cards written up on this site, each read off its issuer. A card with no page here is a card whose figures have not been read yet, not a card that failed a test.

A Recommendation.

These are the cards on this site that meet the description, ordered by annual fee. Nothing here is advice.
