Yes. Rentals in Hillhurst, Sunnyside and Parkdale get weekly water care and a written report after every visit. Care Plus at $399 a month adds a drain every three months and is the plan most active rentals run.
Book the $45 water test and balance first. It shows whether the fault is chemistry. If the water is past correcting, a $200 drain and refill resets it, and the tub is balanced and ready before we leave.
No. Every hot tub plan is month to month with 7 days notice to cancel, and one time visits carry no commitment at all. Plans start at $279 a month.
