Positioning First.
The Logo Comes Fourth.

What you are, who it is for, and why it costs what it costs. Settle that and the site, the ads and the sales conversation all get cheaper. Skip it and you are paying a designer to decorate an argument nobody has had yet.

A brand system is the decision about what you are and who it is for, then the identity that carries it. I run positioning before design, because everything downstream gets cheaper once it is settled. Most builds ship in two to four weeks. Not a logo package.

What A Brand System Actually Is

The parts that get decided, in the order they get decided.

The Position, Before Anything Is Drawn

One sentence that survives a sceptical reader: what the thing is, who it is for, and why it costs what it costs. If that sentence is not settled, every later decision is a guess and the design review becomes an argument about taste.

The Identity That Carries It

Mark, type, colour and the rules for using them. Not a logo on a slide. A system that still works on a truck, a business card, a favicon and a signup screen, because those are the places a logo actually fails.

The Language Before The Layout

Headlines, the offer, the objections, the proof. Copy before pixels, always. A layout designed around real sentences is a different artefact from a layout with placeholder text poured into it later.

Sub Brands Where They Are Needed

A group with more than one company needs a rule for how the marks relate, not a second logo drawn from scratch. 8 Figures Marketing got a sub mark for every brand they run, built off one system.

How A Build Runs

Four stages. You know the number and the date before anything starts.

01

Diagnose

One call to find the constraint. Offer, traffic or conversion, never all three at once. Most people arrive asking for a logo and leave with a different problem named.

02

Design

Positioning, then the structure, then the visual system. The order is the method. Reversing it is how a business ends up with a beautiful identity that argues for nothing.

03

Build

Front end written by hand, scoped and fast. The repository is yours the day it ships, which is not the default in this industry and should be.

04

Scale

Ads, content and automation on top of the build, so the asset keeps paying after launch instead of aging quietly.

When You Do Not Need This

Same standard as every other page here. The case against, at the same weight.

You Already Know Exactly What You Sell

If your position is settled, your prices are defended and your customers repeat your sentence back to you, buy a logo from a designer and keep the money. The expensive part of this work is the thinking, and you have done it.

The Constraint Is Traffic, Not Clarity

A rebrand does not fix an empty pipeline. If people who see the offer buy it and the problem is that nobody sees it, the money belongs in distribution.

You Are Pre Revenue And Guessing

A brand system built on an assumption is an expensive way to formalise a guess. Sell the thing manually first, badly, and let the position come out of what people actually pay for.

You Want A Vote

This runs as one operator making calls with reasons attached. A committee brief with five stakeholders and a mood board is a different service and I am not the right person for it.

Common Questions

The branding packages are published: $500, $800 and $2,500 USD. Website packages start at $2,000. Anything outside them is quoted on scope and you still get a number on the first call.

Most brand and site builds ship inside two to four weeks. Larger platform work runs longer and is scoped before it starts.

Yes. The repository is yours the day it ships, and so is the identity system. There is no arrangement where the studio holds your brand hostage.

No. Position, audience and price come first, then language, then the visual system. A logo drawn before those decisions is decoration on an argument nobody has had.

Cody Wise designs and builds the front end, writes the offers and runs the ads. Production support comes in on larger builds.

One Operator.
End To End.

If this is the constraint, the call is where it gets named and priced. You get a number on the first call rather than after three meetings.
