How It Is Actually Run

Radium is not Calgary, and the operation says so. CleanStays and Wise Property Services are Calgary companies with Calgary crews, and they do not drive to the Columbia Valley. Here I manage the property and coordinate vetted local cleaning and trades against the same written standard.

• A local turnover crew, run to the written standard. Scheduling, quality control, laundry and staging on every reset, with photo proof filed against the property.
• Vetted local trades. Maintenance and seasonal work quoted before any work happens. Nothing gets done and then billed.
• One owner report. The owner is not in the operation and does not need to be.

Radium Hot Springs

Radium sits at the west gate of Kootenay National Park, on the Columbia Valley side of the Rockies. The hot springs run year round, which is the thing that separates it from a ski town: there is a reason to drive out in April and October, not only in February and July.
