CleanStays cleans short term rental turnovers from $145 per turnover across Calgary and the surrounding area, a rate that assumes a two bed, two bath property on standard frequency. Every turn is a full reset with quality control and photo proof filed against the property. Laundry is $50, hot tub service is $35, restocking is $25 and a same day rush turnover is $40. On a managed property the turnover fee is billed to the guest rather than the owner.
