Wise Media OS
The Agency Runs On Software.
I Built That Too.
Wise Media OS is the platform Wise Media runs on. Clients, projects, proposals, invoices and analytics on one side. A creator community, courses and a marketplace on the other.
Wise Media OS runs at app.wisemedia.io. It is the operating system behind Wise Media: a client and project side that carries an engagement from proposal to paid invoice, and Creator Club, a members area with a community feed, courses and a digital product marketplace.
The Agency Side
One engagement, start to finish. A proposal becomes a project, a project becomes an invoice, and the invoice reconciles itself.
Dashboard
Revenue, deals signed and invoices paid, by week, quarter and year.
Clients
Company, contact, industry and status, in cards or a table.
Projects
A board that runs not started, in progress, in review, done.
Notes
Foldered by ideas, meetings and sales calls, pinned where it matters.
Meetings
Calls on the record, attached to the client they belong to.
Proposals
Scoped and priced per engagement, sent for approval.
Invoices
Issued and reconciled against Stripe, with a revenue snapshot beside them.
Analytics
Google site metrics sitting next to the money, not in another tab.
Creator Club
The members side. A community, courses and a marketplace for creators building a business rather than a highlight reel. What Creator Club is.
Community
A feed for operators. Posts that argue with you, not a comment section.
Messages
Direct conversations inside the club.
Education
Courses on design, WordPress, Elementor, AI build tools and short form video.
Marketplace
Templates, toolkits, graphics and courses sold as digital products.
Members
Who is in the room, and when they joined.
Inside The Platform
Four screens from the running app. Drag, or use the arrows. Sample data throughout: client and company names, proposal values and invoice numbers were replaced before the screenshot.
How An Engagement Moves Through It
One thread from first proposal to reconciled invoice.
The Proposal Is Scoped
Priced per engagement, sent for approval, and it carries the scope that everything after it inherits.
Approved Becomes The Board
The approved scope turns into the project board, so nothing is retyped into a second tool.
The Board Runs The Work
Not started, in progress, in review, completed, with the client and the due date on the card.
The Invoice Reconciles Itself
Billing runs against Stripe, so what was sent and what actually landed are the same number.
Creator Club Runs Beside It
Community, courses and a marketplace in the same system, not a platform someone else owns.
Why It Is Not Five Tools
Every part of it replaced something I was paying for and still had to reconcile by hand.
The Proposal Is The Project
Scope approved on a proposal becomes the board the work runs on, so nothing is retyped.
Invoices Reconcile Themselves
Billing runs against Stripe, so what was sent and what actually landed are the same number.
Traffic Sits Next To Revenue
Site metrics and money in one view, because a spike only matters if it sold something.
The Audience Lives Inside It
Community, courses and products are part of the same system, not a platform someone else owns.
Want The System,
Not Just The Website.
The studio builds this kind of thing for founders. Bring the operation and we will find the part worth automating first.
