Cleaning is charged per completed turnover — you only pay when a guest checks out and a new guest checks in. Rates are set after a free property walkthrough and vary by unit size (Full House, Upper Suite, or Lower Suite). There are no monthly minimums for cleaning.
The flat $500/mo management fee covers booking platform oversight, operational coordination, guest prep scheduling, and a detailed monthly performance report. Cleaning and hot tub maintenance are billed separately per turn or per month respectively.
Most properties are fully onboarded within 7 days. We start with a free walkthrough, send a rate confirmation document within 24 hours, and have operations live before your next booking date. We move fast.
No. Many of our clients are investors or out-of-province owners. We handle everything on-site and communicate via WhatsApp or email. Monthly reports keep you fully informed without requiring your presence.
