Management Fee
Flat monthly rate per property. Covers booking management, guest communication, dynamic pricing, owner reporting, and platform management across all active channels.
Cleaning Fee
Per-turnover rate. Includes hotel-grade cleaning, linen service, supply restocking, and post-stay inspection. Charged to the guest at time of booking.
Hot Tub Service
Monthly maintenance package. Includes chemical balance, water changes, filter cleaning, and inspection. Included in guest rate as an amenity premium.
Rate Notes
Important details about how rates are structured and billed.
- Management fees are flat-rate and billed monthly
- Cleaning fees are per turnover and passed through to guest booking
- Hot tub fees are monthly and billed regardless of occupancy
