How it works between us
CleanStays manages all host communication, scheduling, and quality assurance. You assign the crew and they execute. All coordination happens through a shared WhatsApp group.

Step 03
Photos + report sent on completion
Photo documentation sent via WhatsApp before leaving the property. Any damage, maintenance needs, or low-supply items must be reported immediately. Restocking is coordinated through Instacart by CleanStays.
Step 04
Cleanphoria paid on cycle
Pay settled on the 15th or 30th of the month. No invoicing complexity on your end. Flat rates. Consistent, predictable income for your operation every cycle.

Report low or depleted supplies during every clean
If anything is low or missing during a turn, it must be flagged in the WhatsApp group the same day with photos. This includes toiletries, coffee pods, paper goods, linens, and any guest-facing essentials. Low items cannot be left unreported.
CleanStays handles
Instacart delivery coordinated by CleanStays
Once a low-supply report is received from your team, CleanStays coordinates restocking through Instacart for same-day or next-day delivery directly to the property. You report it. We handle the order. The property stays guest-ready.
